Coral’s 5 million square foot portfolio includes community associations, multi-family, commercial, and mixed-use properties, as well as civic assets.
We manage more than 50 condominium and homeowner association communities across Northeast Ohio, representing more than 5,000 homes. There’s no property too large or small for us to manage. Our Property Managers have manageable portfolios, so we can deliver high-touch, exceptional customer service.
Our team manages everything from: apartment tours, leasing, scheduling, move ins and move outs, to community relations, financial management, budget, capital planning, and preventive maintenance.
Residents, business owners, and students enjoy the close proximity to John Carroll University, dining, shopping, cultural arts, parks and recreation, Cleveland Clinic, University Hospital, and public transportation.
Coral's hands-on experience, coupled with more than 30 years of third-party property management experience, makes us an ideal candidate to operate retail and office properties for clients.
We manage mixed-use properties comprised of residential, dining, retail shops and services, and office space.
Civic assets are properties that once served their communities in a significant capacity, but over time, experienced financial and operational challenges. Strategic planning initiatives are implemented to assist in financial recovery and repurposing the properties to best serve the needs of their communities.
The Coral Company is proud to deliver distinctive homes that combine excellence in design, a commitment to value, outstanding quality, superior craftsmanship, and dedication to customer satisfaction.
Our team manages everything from tours and lease signing to staff management and maintenance scheduling.
Coral continues to be guided by the corporate mission under which the Company was founded: To be the premier provider of real estate services in every market Coral serves and to leave every community we've done business in better off for Coral having been there.
Peter is responsible for setting the vision and strategic direction of the company and working with team members to achieve that vision.
