Mark Novak

As the Director of Property Management at Meridian Condominiums, Mark’s role is to provide leadership, direction and execution for the association and the Coral Company.  He directs a staff and is responsible for overall financial, maintenance, and operational performance of the community. 

Mark came to Coral with a background in commercial and residential real estate, where he most recently managed a large residential property in Downtown Cleveland. Previously, he was a commercial property manager where he managed an approx two million square foot portfolio. Mark is a graduate of Hiram College and attended Hondros College for additional Real Estate training.
 
In his free time, Mark enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and watching Cleveland sports.  Interesting fact, Mark has an identical twin.
