The original Saint Luke’s Hospital campus, built in 1927, is restored and repositioned as a first class mixed-use development serving the Buckeye-Shaker neighborhood.
This monument to Cleveland’s past, is now driving new economic development opportunities in the area.

The third and final phase incorporates 85,000 square feet of transit oriented office space, anchored by The Intergenerational School, the Boys & Girls Club of Cleveland, Cleveland Neighborhood Progress, and Foundation and the Centers for Families and Children, setting the backdrop for intergenerational mentoring and teaching opportunities.
