Courtyards of Severance

Cleveland Heights, Ohio

A prestigious 51-unit townhome community that sits on part of the original 180-acre estate of Cleveland business tycoon and patron of the arts, John L. Severance.

The desirable location lends itself as the ideal residence for cultured art patrons, musicians, professors, and medical professionals. European-style courtyards offer unique charm.

Coral served as the developer of these townhomes spread across 11 buildings on more than 8 acres of land. The streets on this historic site are named after classical composers and after the family members of patron of the arts, John L. Severance.

The Homeowners Association hired Coral to manage the Association’s affairs and common areas of the community. The Coral Team at Courtyards of Severance is guided by Renee Pinkley, Association Manager.
