We are seeking a community association property manager to become a part of our growing and industry leading property management team. The Coral Company is dedicated to a customer centric approach to property and asset management and we are looking to add new team members. We are looking for career driven individuals who love to learn and work best in a team environment. This is a unique opportunity to lead the team managing a 200 unit, mid-rise exclusive condominium community in Cleveland.

Responsibilities:

  • full management responsibility for physical upkeep, financial reporting, and resident service delivery.
  • Provide outstanding service to residents, guests, and the community in general.
  • Resolve resident issues.
  • Budgeting and planning intended to increase unit owner value and quality of living at this community.
  • Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
  • Supervise and train property teams
  • Oversee financial planning and performance
  • Enforce property and associations’ rules and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management or related field.
  • Familiarity with residential real estate terms and concepts.
  • Ability to build rapport with team members and residents.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and motivate team members.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.

  • Prepare annual operating and capex budget
  • Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
  • Supervise and train property team, including vendors & suppliers
  • Oversee financial planning and performance

  • Familiarity with residential real estate terms and concepts
