Customer Service Specialist/Team Leader

The Coral Company, a premiere property management firm, is currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist/Team Leader for one of our luxury downtown condominium properties. Duties include:

  • Provide five-star outstanding customer service to residents, including package delivery, amenity reservations, and other concierge services
  • Oversee all concierge staff and security company, including scheduling and demonstrating best practices
  • Manage camera system, key access, and other security functions
  • Conduct building inspections and report any issues to appropriate party
  • Maintain resident directory
  • Light cleaning
  • Manage emergency situations and learn basic building mechanicals (training provided)
  • Assist Property Manager with clerical duties, as assigned
  • Assist the Maintenance Director when additional help or coverage is necessary.
  • Responsible for all concierge email communication. Ensure that all emails are properly responded to by all shifts, and are responded to appropriately. Monitor computer usage of other staff.

This Position Description is a summary of responsibilities and is subject to changes, which may include additions or subtractions of responsibilities. The Concierge position is staffed 24/7, and the ideal candidate will need to have flexible availability, and willingness to work some holidays or occasional overtime, if necessary.  This position is Monday through Friday, 8am- 4pm, unless additional coverage is required.

Required education:

  • High school or equivalent

Required experience:

  • Customer service and computer literacy: 2 years
