Coral's Diverse Property Portfolio Affords You Comprehensive Expertise and Service

Coral has been in business more than 30 years.  We've doubled the size of our team and property portfolio in the past 2 years, and we continue to grow. 

We're proud of the diversity of our property management portfolio.  It includes 5,000 multi-family units and 750,000 square feet of mixed-use, retail, and office space.  

The largest community we manage has 1,000 single family homes and a marina.  The smallest community we manage is 10 condos.  We currently manage properties in Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, Portage, Summit, and Lorain counties. Geneva-on-the-Lake is our most eastern property, and Avon Lake is our most western. 

In addition to growing our property management portfolio and geographic reach, we continue to grow our services including development, a consulting practice advising municipalities and government agencies on real estate matters, and project management engagements for private and non-profit clients.
