BIGGBY® COFFEE and Milkster Nitrogen Creamery to Open in Shaker Square

CLEVELAND, OH, Aug. 30, 2019 – The Coral Company is excited to announce that coffee and sweets will soon return to Shaker Square. BIGGBY^® COFFEE and Milkster Nitrogen Creamery will blend perfectly in the former Dewey’s Coffee House space.
 
Owner/Operator Michael (Lining) Ren is looking forward to bringing a coffee shop back to the Shaker Square neighborhood. “I want to make BIGGBY the favorite gathering spot, where you can grab a cup of great coffee or ice cream to go, or just hang out with friends and enjoy your favorite hot, iced, or frozen treat.”
 
Biggby Coffee is known for their hand-crafted drinks, delicious snackables, enthusiastic baristas, and welcoming environment. Milkster Nitrogen Creamery offers ice cream flavors made in-house with local ingredients and then frozen in an unconventional way: Liquid nitrogen freezes the ice cream and evaporates during mixing in less than 30 seconds, creating a "cloud-like" effect. The customizable treats are served right away, creating a unique, delicious, and memorable experience.
 
Similar to our other Shaker Square merchants, Biggby and Milkster love to give back and “B involved” in the community. School fundraisers, donations, and clean water programs are some of the ways they live their core values of engaging the community by helping others.
 
The Shaker Square Biggby location will be one of two on Cleveland’s east side with the other to open later this year in Fairmount Circle by the John Carroll University campus.
