City Loft: At 1,530 s.f., the City Loft offers a spacious and open floor plan. As you ascend the stairs from the first level, you enter the main living area, which contains the kitchen, living, dining, and powder rooms. The third level contains the master bedroom suite, guest bedroom and full bath. The laundry is located on this level. Go up one more level to the roof to find the sun deck, where you will enjoy entertaining or hanging out.
