Mr. Rubin, with partners Sanford Fox, Robert Hurwitz, and Alan Markowitz, formed The Coral Company in 1987. Prior to 1987, Mr. Rubin practiced real estate law, and then joined a national real estate development firm as chief operating officer. Mr. Rubin’s diverse background in law and real estate development brings clarity and focus to The Coral Company’s strategic planning and execution.

He has taken a leadership role with such local, regional, national and international groups as Bellefaire/Jewish Children’s Bureau, The Council for Urban Economic Development, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Greater Cleveland Real Estate Organization, Inc, and the City of Shaker Heights.

His speaking engagements and teaching assignments, include presentations to the Cleveland Bar Association, the Urban Land Institute, the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western University, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
