Statler Arms Apartments
Built in 1912 as the Statler Hotel, the Statler Building was completely renovated in 2001 as the Statler Arms Apartments—one of downtown Cleveland’s most luxurious residential communities. Located at the corner of Euclid Avenue and E. 12th Street, the building boasts 295 spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, featuring stunning views of Lake Erie and the Cleveland skyline and many other amenities. The restored grand lobby houses retail tenants, including boutique stores and a restaurant. The Coral Company began providing full management and leasing services for the property in 2006.
