Robert Carney
Director of Construction, Westhampton
Robert Carney brings 18 years of hands-on knowledge and experience in residential construction to The Coral Company. He understands the importance of customer service and works well with all whom he comes into contact – from subcontractors to customers. Mr. Carney’s vision and exceptional attention to detail reflects on every home he builds at Westhampton at Crocker Park. He is a great asset to the Coral team.
Dustin Crofoot
Director of Estimating and Purchasing
Dustin Crofoot joined the Coral team in 2007. He brings five years of residential construction experience to the Coral Company. As Director of Estimating and Purchasing, he is responsible for estimating Coral’s residential construction projects in a consistent and organized manner to guarantee accurate purchases of labor and material. The combination of Mr. Crofoot’s experience and hard work ethics will insure that The Coral Company will exceed all homeowner’s expectations.
Amy Hudak
Controller, CPA
Amy Hudak joins the Coral team as the Controller with 20 years of financial experience in real estate development, construction and property management. Ms. Hudak spent 8 years in public accounting at Deloitte & Touche, which included 3 years in the Slovak Republic to establish a $3 million audit and consulting Deloitte & Touche practice that grew to over 100 professionals. Ms. Hudak’s role was to assist local Slovak companies in their transition to a market economy and foreign investors in establishing joint ventures. During her tenure, she performed the due diligence for a $150 million multi-national joint venture and assisted in obtaining $250 million financing for the modernization of a manufacturing facility. Most recently, Ms. Hudak was the Director of Development Accounting in affordable housing for the NRP Group. Ms. Hudak’s varied experience will enable her to provide the financial tools for the three areas of development, construction and asset management for The Coral Company and will enable her to build strong infrastructure to support the future growth plans for the company.
Suzanne Janosick
Director of Sales/Property Manager – Cincinnati Division
Suzanne Vann brings over 12 years experience in sales and marketing in the real estate industry to her position as Director of Sales for Coral’s Cincinnati Division. During her career, Ms. Vann has led real estate training seminars and educated over 300 leasing/sales associates in the Midwest. She started as a Property Manager in 2006 for Coral’s two premium residential properties in Cincinnati. Ms. Vann now holds the Director of Sales and Property Manager positions at both of these properties. Ms. Vann’s past experience as a licensed residential Real Estate agent gives her a unique insight in new home construction. The homebuyer’s advocate, Ms. Vann makes every step in the buying a new home a pleasant and enjoyable experience for her customer.
Nicole Sommers
Director of Sales, Westhampton at Crocker Park
Nicole Sommers rose through the ranks at The Coral Company from receptionist to Director of Sales at Westhampton. The expertise she gleaned from her previous position as Director of Marketing makes her a natural fit for her role as Director of Sales at Westhampton. In this position, Ms. Sommers provides personalized service to each customer. From the moment they walk into the sales center and tour the models, through the entire purchase and selection process, and long after they move into their new home, Ms. Kaselak ensures her customers are satisfied every step of the way.
Stephanie Sturzinger
Director of Sales, The Courtyards and The Shores of Edgecliff
Passionate and energetic, Stephanie Sturzinger comes to The Coral Company with an extensive background in new home sales, corporate relocation services, and property management. This experience gives her a unique perspective when assisting her customers purchase the home of their dreams at the Courtyards or the Shores of Edgecliff. Ms. Sturzinger prides herself in providing excellent customer service from start to finish for each of her new homebuyers and make their home buying experience the easiest they’ve ever had.
Mark Tylicki
Director of Construction, Westhampton at Crocker Park
Prior to joining The Coral Company, Mark Tylicki spent 13 years building over 200 custom homes throughout Northeast Ohio. His extensive background in residential project management and new home construction has given him a great foundation for directing the building of Westhampton at Crocker Park in Westlake. Mr. Tylicki’s strong work ethic will ensure that all Coral projects, present and future, will grow and prosper.
Leanne van Beers-Werneke
Director of Marketing
As Director of Marketing, Leanne van Beers-Werneke, is an integral part the Coral team. She brings nine years of Real Estate marketing experience to this position. Ms. Werneke oversees and coordinates all aspects of Coral’s residential and commercial marketing initiatives. Ms. Werneke is in charge of all the creative for The Coral Company. She designs all of the residential and commercial marketing collateral, as well as all print advertising. In addition, Ms. Werneke also serves as media liaison and public relations contact person for the company.
Lisa Wiener
Director of Leasing – Commercial Division
Lisa Wiener is responsible for all aspects of lease negotiations for existing and prospective tenants for the 800,000 plus square feet of retail and office space in the company’s portfolio. She works with senior management in developing the leasing strategy and tenant mix. Ms. Wiener identifies, qualifies and secures all retail tenants, as well as oversees all tenant requests for lease assignments or terminations. Under her direction, one of The Coral Company’s most notable assets, Shaker Square, went from being 45% leased to 85% leased in just 12 months.
David Zurowski
Senior Director of Construction
A carpenter by trade, David Zurowski has been in construction for 22 years with over half of that time in management. His career has given him a unique perspective into the business of building structures. Mr. Zurowski’s realm of experience is wide, covering both commercial and residential construction management, including multi-family, schools, hospitals, retail, and churches. Mr. Zurowski’s focus is on quality and zero warranty issues.
