Lisa J. Wiener
Vice President of Commercial Leasing
Lisa Wiener is the Coral Company’s Vice President of Commercial Leasing. Ms. Wiener joined the Coral Company in 2005 and is responsible for all aspects of lease negotiations and maximizing occupancy for over 3.5 million square feet of proposed and existing retail and office space. She develops the leasing strategies for all retail, office, and mixed use development projects in The Coral Company portfolio. Her team identifies, qualifies and secures all retail tenants and oversees tenant requests for lease assignments or terminations. Under her direction, Coral’s occupancy rate has been consistently maintained at 92%.
Ms. Wiener began her career in real estate at Kowit Passov Real Estate in 1997 where she represented many local and national clients in their expansion into the Ohio market, and was responsible for property disposition and land acquisitions.
In 2003, Ms. Wiener joined Heritage Development Company as the Director of Land Acquisitions and successfully established their presence in the State of Florida, handling market analysis, site identification, land acquisition and all contract negotiations for commercial and mixed-use developments ranging in size from 50 to 500 acres.
Ms. Wiener attended both Kent State University and the Ursuline Academy, and received a B.A. in Science and Nursing in 1990. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers
