Alexis V. Boothe
Vice President of Development
Alexis Boothe is The Coral Company’s Vice President of Development. Ms. Boothe is responsible for evaluating all potential properties for development/redevelopment, preparing project budgets and forecasts, supervising all professionals and trades engaged in the design and building of a project, coordinating and overseeing the preparation of all legal documentation associated with a project, and obtaining all necessary municipal building and zoning approvals.
Ms. Boothe began her career at The Coral Company in 1997 as an Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Development. Through the years and under Peter Rubin’s leadership, Ms. Boothe quickly advanced within the Company. Working closely with all involved in a development/redevelopment project, including city officials, architects, tenants, homeowners and general contractors, Ms. Boothe makes a project on paper become a reality. During her tenure, she has completed acquisition, design and approval of over $100 million of redevelopment projects, including both residential development and redevelopment of urban shopping centers in Cleveland and Cincinnati. Ms. Boothe has a B.A. in Art History from Ohio State University.
