Preferred Development Partnerships
In 1995, The Coral Company, in partnership with WXZ Development, Inc., became the preferred developers for Rite Aid throughout Northern Ohio. Together, we have developed over 40 free-standing 11,000 s.f. drug stores over the next five years.
In working closely with Rite Aid, The Coral Company & WXZ’s partnership combined skills and expertise to overcome complex conditions that include land assemblages, environmental and governmental approval issues to successfully open stores in prime markets.
After a three year hiatus, The Coral Company and WXZ are again working with Rite Aid in their expansion program in Ohio and Pennsylvania.
