Since located on the original John L. Severance estate, a Cleveland patron of the arts, each of the five award-winning floor plans is themed after famous composers. The Coral Company wished to honor the rich history, tradition and contribution to the arts of the previous estate by naming the each of the floor plans after composers: Beethoven, Brahms, Chopin, Mozart, and Vivaldi.

The Beethoven: At 1,532 s.f., this three-story townhome is the most popular. The main living level is open with the kitchen overlooking the grand room. A large sun deck is off the kitchen. The master and guest bedroom suites and laundry are located on the third level. A ground level terrace is off the two car attached garage.

The Brahms: Only two Brahms remain in the repertoire. A larger version of the Beethoven, The Brahms gives you 2,300 s.f of living space on three floors. At the entrance level, you’ll find a bonus room that works well as an office or TV room, off which a terrace is access. The main living level is open with the kitchen overlooking the grand room. A large sun deck is off the living room. The master and guest bedroom suites and laundry are located on the third level.

The Chopin: The spacious 2,159 s.f. layout of the Chopin offers a wide-open grand room, cozy breakfast nook in the gourmet kitchen and luxurious first floor master bedroom retreat for one floor easy living. Two additional rooms on the second level provide guest or office space, as needed. A patio is accessed off both the master bedroom suite and kitchen for gracious outside entertaining.

The Mozart: The second of the two first floor living plans, the Mozart is 2,067 s.f. The Mozart’s main level is open with the kitchen overlooking the grand room. A den is off the front foyer. You’ll find the laundry conveniently located off the master bedroom suite. The second floor offers two bedrooms, a full bath, and a loft area that is ideal for a ‘net nook.

The Vivaldi : The last of the three-story townhome plans, the Vivaldi exudes urban style. As you enter the main floor you find a charming bonus room that can be used as an office or third bedroom. A quaint patio is just off the garden doors. The second floor features a delicious kitchen with sun deck and dining room on one side and a spacious living room on the other. The owner’s and guest bedroom suites, as well as laundry are located on the third level.
