The Coral Title Agency is a full service title agency, providing services for residential and commercial real estate transactions. Our affiliation with Chicago Title provides our customers with the unique combination of small-agency customer service and attention along with the capabilities and experience of a larger firm.
Peace of Mind
At The Coral Title Agency, we insure the future against things that have happened in the past. In other words, when we provide an owner or a lender with a title policy, we are insuring there are no liens or outstanding claims against the property. If something does surface in the future, we will defend and pay that claim.
Title Searches
Coral Title Agency can provide a variety of title searches, based on customers’ needs. We can provide everything from tax and legal and lien searches, to preliminary and final judicials, on up to the most complex commercial searches.
Help Every Step of the Way
As an escrow agent, Coral Title Agency serves as an intermediary in the transaction between the buyer and seller, or borrower and lender, and helps shepherd the deal to completion. We hold and transfer funds, get all the necessary papers signed, and manage the actual transfer and recording with the county. We then issue a title insurance policy underwritten by Chicago Title Insurance Company.
The Coral Title Agency is able to handle real estate searches and closings in all 88 Ohio counties. The agency is managed by Ken Bell, a licensed title agent for Ohio and Michigan, as well as an authorized agent of Chicago Title Insurance Co.
