Do You Have What it Takes?

We've built our team in the same way we have built our reputation as leaders and innovators in the communities where we do business. We've used the kind of ingenuity and integrity that we apply to solving complex real estate issues to forge our team. The people who work at The Coral Company are all dedicated, flexible and passionate about the work we do. "The 3 C's" – Commitment, Capacity, and Creativity – are the key to a career with The Coral Company.

What "The 3 C's" mean at The Coral Company.
Virtually every company has a written - or unwritten - standard by which performance is measured. At The Coral Company when we talk about "The 3 C's", we're referring to those three most important qualities we expect to see in our employees: commitment, capacity, and creativity. These are the standards by which we measure performance both on a personal and corporate level within the Company.

Commitment
At The Coral Company, commitment means a deep, powerful loyalty to the ideals, the projects and the goals of the Company. In order to enjoy the rewards of personal success at The Coral Company, one must be career-driven and willing to put the Company second only to family.

Capacity
The complexity and scope of our work demands people of unusual capability. Capacity is the ability to manage multi-tasking to accomplish both individual and corporate goals. Capacity is being able to realign priorities and take on more responsibility even when you think you are already doing as much as you can.

Creativity
Real estate projects require a fresh, confident, energetic approach to resolving complex issues. Creativity is the ability to step back and say, "Is there a smarter way to do this?" Do you often think "out of the box," continually seek a more rewarding resolution, look for new ways to do familiar things or innovative ways meet the unexpected challenge? If you can bring an imaginative eye to every project, you have the creativity we look for at The Coral Company.

If you are a career-driven, creative thinker interested in pursuing or furthering a career in real estate development, please email Donna Miller (djm@thecoralcompany.com), Office Administrator.
