The Coral Company has a history of repeat investors from both its debt and equity capital providers. These long-term relationships have been key to the Company’s success and have allowed Coral to pursue development, re-development and acquisition opportunities with certainty and confidence. Coral’s investment criteria include:
- Minimum Equity Investment: $500,000 to 100% of project equity requirements
- Preferred Return: 7.5%
- Developer Participation: 50% / 50%
- Developer Equity Contribution: 0-10%
- Development Guarantees: The Coral Company and its principals will provide all loan and completion guarantees during the construction or redevelopment period.
